Scent Detection (also known as Sport Detection) is a fairly new sport to Canada that is growing in popularity quickly. It takes advantage of something your dog naturally loves to do: sniff! and it builds your dog's confidence while increasing brain capacity. It improves the ability to focus which enhances learning. It builds a long lasting bond based on trust and mutual understanding between you and your dog. The beginners level will introduce dogs to the idea of searching containers first for food (no wonder they love this sport) and then switch their instincts over to look for essential oil scents. This sport has been designed to welcome dogs of all types & temperaments.

Classes begin Tuesday March 1 @ 1 pm and 2:15 pm.
