Puppy Programs

GROUP CLASSES

Only training center in Ottawa

When venturing into the rewarding journey of training a new puppy, it’s imperative to lay the groundwork early and establish a consistent routine. Equip them with fundamental commands, ensure they are house trained, and prioritize socialization. Employ positive reinforcement, incentives, and effective communication to cultivate desirable behavior and forge a lasting bond with your beloved canine companion.

Socialization Programs

Play with other puppies is crucial to learning appropriate social skills before puberty which begins by 17 weeks. Hormones and neurotransmitters that are produced in social play and object play have many positive effects on your puppy’s overall health and learning ability.

Our Puppy Programs provide both on and off-leash instruction in a safe and fun environment while your puppy learns to share, co-operate and interact with other puppies and humans, especially children. They also learn to manoeuvre through tunnels, explore a wide variety of objects that increase their confidence and motor skills. The age groups for the Puppy Programs are intended as a general guideline which may be modified according to the individual needs of your puppy.
